Why orthodontics?
“I wanted to give other people, as I have been given, the chance to use their smile as an unimpeded means of communication, I wanted to give them back their confidence and facilitate heir natural psychosocial development”, says Alexandra, a member in The Charles H. Tweed International Foundation for Orthodontic Research and Education in Tucson, Arizona, USA and a participant in the Pamoja international volunteering program, Tanzania, 2015
